In daylight, 3M reflective sheeting grades can look very similar. At night, the difference is dramatic. The photo compares Engineer Grade on the left, High Intensity Prismatic in the center, and Diamond Grade on the right under headlight illumination. For higher-speed roads, critical intersections, and locations where nighttime visibility matters most, Diamond Grade provides the brightest, most visible sign.

DynaLite Heavy Duty Roll-Up Sign Stand is a heavy-duty portable stand for 36" and 48" roll-up signs. Foot-operated leg releases deploy the quick-lock telescoping legs in three positions for level or uneven terrain, while the ScrewLock™ mechanism secures the sign.

The DynaLite Heavy Duty Roll-Up Sign Stand is built for repeated temporary traffic-control, maintenance, utility, and construction use with 36" and 48" roll-up signs. A foot-operated release unlocks the telescoping legs, which can be set in one of three positions to accommodate storage, normal deployment, or uneven terrain.
The stand uses a ScrewLock™ mechanism to secure the roll-up sign and is constructed from powder-coated and galvanized steel. Two-position telescoping leg height, anti-skid foot pads, and a 42" x 71" open footprint provide a stable field setup. Folded for storage, the stand measures 7" x 7" x 24" and weighs 20 lbs. The minimum sign display height is 12".
This stand is MASH tested, NCHRP-350 approved, and made in the USA. Temporary traffic control is addressed in Part 6 of the MUTCD 11th Edition; sign and stand use should follow the traffic-control plan, site conditions, manufacturer instructions, and the authority responsible for the work.
